Soul health requires intentionality. Soul health is not a passive enterprise, it is an intentionally active enterprise. Therefore, a plan or strategy is called for. A recipe is a plan for eating, a 401K is a plan for retiring, booking airfare and hotel rooms is a plan for an upcoming trip. We make plans for everything…but our soul.
