The Chili/Salsa competition was fierce with over 25 entries. However, when all the votes were counted, the 1st place winner for chili went to Denise Austin with Tracy Parker and Pete Barton taking 2nd and 3rdplace.  The 1st place Salsa winner was John Eslick (Cristy accepting for him). LaDon Hall captured the silver and Mayleri Lizardo took home the bronze.
