I was born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico and I am the third child out of eleven siblings. I was born again in the Lord at the age of 17 in 1974 under the Charismatic movement in the late 60's and early 70's. It was at the Rivers of Living Water Charismatic Church that I received my first discipleship classes and in 1976 was baptized in water.

While I served as a member of the US Air Force I encountered the Church of God in Crete, Greece and in the year 1984 I became a covenant member of the COG in England. I received my calling into ministry in England while serving with the military in 1986 and obtained my Exhorter License in 1991 while at the Hispanic COG in Fort Meade. In 1993 pastored for the first time the Hispanic Ministry at Newtown COG, Honolulu, Hawaii. It was there in 1995 that I obtained the Ordained Minister license. Together with my wife and two more brethren we planted the Hispanic Ministry at HCC. I received my Ordained Bishop license while at Heritage Community Church in 2001. I have a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University (2011), a Bachelor degree from the University of Maryland College Park (1990) and an Associate degree from the Community College of the Air Force (1989). All to the Glory of God!

Since 1999, I  have led with my family the Hispanic Ministry at HCC. Our ministry mission entails guiding the Hispanic ethnic group or flock into a deeper and more meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ.

I also oversees the HCC Ministry to the Military. Planted with the help of two more military brethren.

I have been married to my best friend of 39 years, Nolly. We have procreated three beautiful and awesome daughters: Nahir, Melissa and Naomi. These four ladies are what truly complements my life.

I love to spend time with my family. I also truly like watching all sorts of sports and I love to play volleyball in my spare time. I like to spend quiet time on my own as a way of relaxing from the daily routines. I am a perfectionist and cannot stand anything that is out of place.

One of my goals is to see my daughters through college and eventually to stand on their own.
I am looking ahead to finish a doctorate degree in Divinity. I would do everything within my power to reach as many people for God as I possibly can before He calls me home. I want to see the Heritage Hispanic Ministry as a viable voice in our county and state.
