We have an important update regarding online giving at Heritage Community Church, and we need your help! Your generosity and financial partnership with Heritage Community Church is immensely appreciated.
You may find that you fit into one of the categories below:
- You currently have scheduled giving set up online or through our app.
- You have had scheduled giving set up in the past online or through our app.
- You have given through our online or app giving systems in the past.
- You want to give through our online or app giving system.
If any of the above is You...please refer to the steps below to help you switch, set-up or start to give to HCC.
If you currently use recurring giving through HCC Connect/BluePay and/or the HCC App/Aware3
This new system for recurring giving will replace our current online or app giving set-up. The new system, Pushpay, will allow for simple giving from a variety of platforms, including mobile giving. This will replace all online giving in HCC Connect/BluePay and the HCC App/Aware3.
It is our goal to transition all giving, whether recurring or new, over in the next 30 days, so we need to get all existing giving transitioned to the new system.
[Part One] Cancel scheduled gifts in HCC Connect/BluePay and the HCC App/Aware3
HCC Connect/Blue Pay Cancellation Steps:
- Sign-in to your HCC Connect account. (If you have any trouble accessing your account, please contact Pastor Cristy Eslick at 410.551.8500 ext 1216 or via email at email@example.com.
- Once signed-in, click the Give menu on the left
- Click on the Schedules/History tab
- Click the Cancel link by the repeating gift you wish to stop
HCC App/Aware3 Cancellation Steps:
- When the user creates a recurring gift, an automated email is sent confirming their transaction.
- Each email contains a link they can click
- Once that link is open they can cancel their recurring transaction

[Part Two] Setting up a new recurring gift using Pushpay
- Visit https://pushpay.com/pay/heritagecc/recurring and set up your automatic gift using Pushpay. The recurring gift option should already be selected and you can simply set up your automatic gift. After you set up your recurring gift, you will be prompted to complete the setup of your new account!
- You can also set-up recurring giving or give a one-time gift at any time by texting 'heritagecc' to 77977. You will be prompted with a link to set up your recurring gift or one-time gift.
